Providence Downs South: Marvin Ridge schools, well-manicured and gated neighborhood in the southern part of the school district (farther from Charlotte for commuters) but an easy hop onto 521. This home is for a buyer with very defined taste as this house is gorgeous but has specific architectural details that might not appeal to the masses. The standard of all the work done in the house seems to be of very high quality which is not often found in houses for less than a million dollars in our market therefore it is noteworthy for that reason. The master bathroom is rather unique/fanciful in that the master bathtub is in one of the turrets. It really is a must-see and I feel a great value for the right buyer.
When I viewed the property, it was listed at $900,000 and my guess is that it will close for closer to $825,000.
