I am masterful at assisting in identifying what items should be removed from the house prior to listing to maximize appeal and increase profits.  Also, I use my staging items and/or a mix of my clients’ existing items to give a fresh and appealing feel to the home with the intention of securing a higher sale price.  I focus on all the details: exterior and interior.

I can offer guidance and assistance in choosing design and decor elements to maximize appeal and value when selling – everything from furnishings to bathroom cabinetry or appliances to a kitchen backsplash and everything in between – or I can offer total design services. One key strength I possess is that I am astute at determining what existing elements can stay in the home and what needs to be changed or modified, all the while focusing on clients’ return on investment, timeline and budget. This service can be helpful at all stages of home ownership as well as prior to selling.

Additionally, I can serve as a project coordinator/manager and as a liaison for various contractors, painters or can simply give recommendations and allow you to coordinate the projects.
